Offerings include art and clothing handmade with care and intention. The work done here is inspired by plants and the natural world, the act of noticing, slowing down, resilience and memory. Needlebone is committed to small batch production, and using natural materials and dyes whenever possible.

A WORD ABOUT THE PROCESS FROM KARALYN
This practice is an invitation to give myself permission to explore, embrace, and carry forward making things with my hands which I try to keep in every part of the making process. Keeping things small and slow allows me to offer low impact clothing options using natural and ethically sourced materials. All prints are hand drawn and designed, and printed by me. Clothing is cut, sewn, and dyed in small batches right here in western NC. I aim to keep making as a way to bring beauty into the world, and as a means of learning, deepening my connection with myself and my grandmothers who came before me and taught me so much of what I know about making something from scratch.
